Hedge Olive Trees

Certainly the most unusual and particular use of olive trees, these plants are used to create long hedges. Due to their hardiness and adaptability, they can survive a wide range of climatic conditions.

“Astone” Olive Tree

Used to create both short and long hedges as well as “espallier”, these plants are supplied in a pot and should be planted at a distance of 60–80 cm one from the other.

Available Sizes

  • 120–150 cm in height.

“Piramidalis” Olive Tree

These bush-shaped plants are well-suited to create hedges when an immediate shade is needed. They should be planted at a distance of 100–150 cm one from the other.

“Piramidalis” olive trees are also well-suited to realize tree-lined roads as they take a cypress-like shape during growth. In this case they can be planted at a distance of four, five or even more meters one from the other.
